Law Assistant Litigation – De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek
Law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is looking for Law Assistants to support our Litigation department from September. This is your chance to work on a challenging litigation matter, with a multidisciplinary, dynamic and international project team, to whom you will provide hands-on legal support.
About the role
As a Law Assistant, you will be providing our Lawyers with extensive legal support. This includes legal research, drafting of documents and taking minutes. You will also perform administrative tasks, monitor and archive confidential information and handle questions and requests for additional information.
In this highly diverse role you will work with a team of twenty to thirty Lawyers from different sections of Litigation.
This role is the perfect way to gain work experience along with your study. You will work for two days a week (fifteen hours). The working days are flexible and align with the department and the other Law Assistants.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this position:
- is a second or third year Bachelor or Master student with good study results;
- is available from September for at least eight months;
- is a precise worker;
- has good command of English (written and spoken);
- is eager and excited to learn;
- is well organised;
- is assertive and pro-active;
- is flexible.
