Law assistant Regulatory Enforcement – De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek
Our Regulatory sector is looking for a Law Assistant with interest in Regulatory and Criminal Enforcement.
About the role
This practice group has the main focus on advising and representing major corporations, financial institutions and prominent individuals in a wide range of regulatory and criminal enforcement matters regarding inter alia securities laws, insider trading, competition law, economic sanctions, anti-corruption laws and other regulatory regimes.
The work activities consist of a combination of ‘know how’ work and participate in the daily practice (literature and jurisprudence research, prepare presentations and participate in intern studies).
Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this position:
- is a second or third year Bachelor or Master student with good study results;
- is available for at least eight months;
- is a precise worker;
- has excellent command of the Dutch language;
- is eager and excited to learn;
- is well organised;
- is enthusiastic and driven;
- is assertive and pro-active;
- is flexible;
- has verifiable affinity with financial criminal law.
